The person who walks onto the track, field, court or into competition is the same person who wakes up in the morning, thinks about their future, manages relationships, makes decisions, experiences pressure and carries everything else that comes with being human.

These programs are not sport specific. They are human performance specific. They explore different parts of how you think, respond, create direction and understand yourself, giving you additional tools that can naturally become part of the work you have already started through Head Start.
