It gives you the understanding, tools and processes to start changing the way your mind works with your performance, although the real value begins when you take what you have learned into training, competition and everyday life and start discovering what it means for you.

That is exactly why I created The Changing Room.

For $5 USD per month, The Changing Room gives you the opportunity to meet with me face to face online every week and continue working with what you have started inside Head Start. You can also choose $50 USD for 12 months, saving 20%.

This isn’t another program for you to work through. It is the ongoing support around the program you already have.

As you begin applying Head Start, questions naturally appear. You may recognise something during training that suddenly makes sense, notice an old response returning under pressure or discover that one of the processes works particularly well for you and wonder how much further you can take it. Instead of trying to work all of that out yourself, you can bring it into The Changing Room and ask me.

Sometimes the difference between knowing a process and really understanding how to use it is one conversation.

Each week we meet online as a group, face to face, giving you direct access to me and the experience I have built across more than 20 years working with athletes and exploring what happens in the mind when performance matters. We can talk about Head Start, how you are using the processes, what you are noticing and where you may be able to make a small adjustment that creates a much greater benefit.

I will also bring things into the room myself. Different ways of using the processes, observations from my work, ideas you can experiment with and those little pieces of understanding that often emerge from working with athletes in the real world. The purpose isn’t to keep giving you more information. It is to help you get more from what you already have.
